Process: At CRJ Performance, Coach Rylane will introduces you to his facility, Complete a In-Body Scan Assessment with you, discuss your goals, and build a Personal Training/Nutrition Program tailored to your individual goals. Coach Rylane only takes on so many clients, so that he can ensure personalization for all.

Al Started doing Personal training with Rylane in the summer of 2023. Initial weight 265lbs and over 35% Body Fat. As of June 2024, 221lbs and 23% Body Fat.

Liam started Personal Training with Rylane in the summer of 2023 @ 155lbs and 14% body fat. Liam Gained 10 Lbs. of muscle and reducing body fat to 9% in 8 months.

In Preparation for Spring 2023 Wedding to my wife Emily, We began our cut in September of 2022. I began at 235Lbs and ended @ 205Lbs, She began at 168bs and ended at 138Lbs!
